A MESSAGE FROM AINSWORTH

On 10 March 1998, the 9th Circuit tossed my shot at 7-Up and daylight and reinstated the whole enchillada! In other words, a unanimous 3 judge panel (Browning, Leavy, Trott) of the 9th Circuit Court reversed the lower courts 1996 ruling, denied my cross appeal and reinstated my conviction and death sentence! It is a very serious set back and an ominous signal to me! (S.K. Ainsworth - San Quentin).
